This uncertainty creates stress, because users do not simply want to know when a vehicle will arrive. They want to feel that they can rely on the system and stay in control of their own time.

Communication Goal
The communication goal was to shift the perception of Urban Mobility Center - Sofia from an outdated and unreliable institution to a more innovative, convenient and technology-driven system.
The aim was for the app to be recognized as an easy, useful and smart way to move around Sofia.

Value Proposition
The app gives users more clarity, control and confidence while moving through the city by bringing all essential public transport services into one simple digital platform.
