Problem
Fornetti is a recognizable brand, but part of the audience associates it mainly with its classic mini pastries, rather than the wider variety of products and opportunities the brand offers.
People often perceive familiar brands out of habit. When a product has been part of their everyday life for years, they stop noticing it as something new, interesting or different.
That is why the task was not only to show the products, but to bring attention back to them in a way that felt fresh, entertaining and natural for social media.

Communication Goal
The communication goal was to refresh the perception of Fornetti on social media by presenting the brand’s wider product portfolio through content that was easy to understand, entertaining and clearly product-focused.
The aim was not only for the audience to recognize Fornetti, but to rediscover it as a brand with more flavors, formats and consumption occasions.
